This privacy policy explains the nature, scope and purpose of the collection and use of personal data by the operator of this website, SoccerGround GmbH & Co. KG, Reutherstr. 26, 53773 Hennef, Germany.
We take the protection of your personal data very seriously and treat it confidentially and in accordance with the law. As new technologies and the ongoing development of this website may lead to changes to this policy, we recommend that you read it again from time to time.
The terms used (e.g. "personal data" or "processing") are defined in Art. 4 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), we collect data about access to the website and store it in server log files on the website's server. The following data is logged:
The server log files are kept for a maximum of 7 days and then deleted. They are stored for security reasons, for example to investigate misuse. If data has to be kept as evidence, it is exempt from deletion until the incident has been finally resolved.
This website only uses strictly necessary cookies: one that stores your language ("soccercourts.CurrentUICulture", kept for 1 year) and, only when used, cookies for signing in and for protecting forms. They are required to run the website (Section 25(2) No. 2 TDDDG, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not use analytics, marketing or tracking cookies.
If you choose "always load" for a map or video, your browser stores this setting locally (local storage). It is not sent to us and can be withdrawn at any time with the link below the map or video.
Your browser also stores the spare parts cart locally (local storage). It is only sent to us when you send the order request, and is then deleted in your browser.
We only collect, use and pass on your personal data where the law allows it or you have given your consent. Personal data is any information that identifies you or can be traced back to you, such as your name, e-mail address and phone number.
You can visit this website without telling us who you are.
When you write to us through the contact form, the inquiry from the configurator or the spare parts cart, we process the details from the form: name, company or organisation, e-mail address, phone number and your message, and depending on the form also your configuration, the spare parts requested, billing and delivery address and your reference. We use these details to answer your inquiry, to send you a quote or an order confirmation and to fulfil the order. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to and performance of a contract).
You receive a confirmation of your inquiry at the e-mail address you gave. Without your consent we do not pass your details on to third parties, except to service providers we use for sending e-mails and for delivery. We delete the details as soon as they are no longer needed to handle your inquiry; if an order is placed, we keep them for as long as commercial and tax law requires (Section 257 HGB, Section 147 AO).
Fonts (Open Sans) and program libraries (e.g. jQuery) are loaded from our own server. No data is passed to third parties.
This website is delivered through the network of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Cloudflare protects the website against attacks and speeds up its delivery. In doing so, Cloudflare processes the access data, including your IP address, also in the USA. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and fast website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
We protect our forms (contact, configurator inquiry, spare parts order request) against automated spam with Cloudflare Turnstile. When you open a form, your browser loads Turnstile from Cloudflare. Turnstile uses technical characteristics of your browser and your IP address to check whether a person is using the form, and only shows a box to click when needed. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in protection against misuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The forms also contain an invisible field and a time stamp; no further personal data is collected with them. More information: https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/
