Altstätten, Switzerland
The playground at the Feld school site in Altstätten, Switzerland, used to offer pupils few chances to move. The redesign has changed that: alongside new shelters and seating, there is now an all-weather court for break times and PE, a SoccerGround Advanced, 24 x 15 m, with ball-stop netting all round, an access gate, equipment for volleyball and basketball and cross-pitch goals.
