Eischoll, Switzerland
Another wonderful project: in just two days, our partner Kunstrasenprofi Schweiz set up a portable small-sided pitch for the children and young people of Eischoll in Valais, Switzerland: a SoccerGround Portable, 22 x 15 m, with ball-stop netting all round, volleyball equipment and Kunstrasenprofi turf. Mountain villages often lack large play areas for children. The new pitch can be used for many sports, so it also keeps pupils moving in PE.
Just as important: the whole pitch can be taken down within a day, so it does not block the village's event space.
