Grevenbroich, Germany
With strong support from the Rotary Club and many committed helpers and donors, the St. Josef open children's and youth centre (GoT) in Grevenbroich, Germany, now has a SoccerGround mini-pitch: a SoccerGround Classic, 15 x 10 m, with 4 m ball-stop netting all round, volleyball equipment and LigaGrass Synergy turf on an elastic base layer. After the disco and other areas, it is the latest part of the centre to be renewed.
The opening had a great atmosphere, and we are still raving about the delicious paella. According to president Pick, people of very different backgrounds come to the GoT, and football is the ideal sport to bring them together. We couldn't agree more! Have fun celebrating, playing football and volleyball.
