Sønderborg, Denmark
Sønderborg also has a pitch from Dansk Firmaidræt's Kollegabold series: a SoccerGround Advanced measuring 24 x 15 m on the grounds of the student residence of the vocational college EUC Syd, right between the buildings.
Ball-stop nets 4 m high, including the boards, enclose the pitch on every side, roof netting closes it off at the top, the SoccerLight floodlight system makes evening games possible, and a basketball hoop adds another sport. The benches in front of the boards invite people to watch.
The pitch is part of the small series with which Dansk Firmaidræt introduced Kollegabold across Denmark in 2013: company teams play five-a-side on artificial turf. The first pitch was built in Aalborg.
