Since June 2010, the CVJM Leipzig, the city's YMCA, has had a SoccerGround multi-sport pitch by Mariannenpark in the Schönefeld district: an Advanced Multisport in the DFB size of 20 x 13 m, with an EPDM granulate surface.
The goals are regulation futsal goals of 3 x 2 m. Basketball hoops hang above them, and a net for volleyball and football tennis can be put up at the centre line. Ball-stop nets at the goal ends keep the ball in play, surrounded by the trees of Mariannenpark.
