A project of the Lukas Podolski Foundation: on an existing tartan surface in Cologne stands a freely accessible SoccerGround Advanced of 20 x 13 m with 4 m high ball-stop nets.
The TÜV-tested board system is built for years outdoors and stands without any foundations, with football turf laid on the tartan. The once rather neglected space has drawn more and more visitors since.
